
About Me
Hi friend! My name is Raelyn. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a BS in Health Sciences and a Master's in Nutritional Sciences.

After years of struggling with my relationship with food and my body, seeing the women I care about tear themselves down, and experiencing the flaws of weight centric care first-hand as a Clinical Dietitian, I decided that I would dedicate my practice to breaking this negative cycle.
We are meant for so much more than guilt and shame! It's time for a new approach to nutrition and wellness that can change the narrative for generations to come.
My Nutrition Approach
I have a weight-neutral, non-diet approach to nutrition and health with a focus on the principles of Intuitive Eating. Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework that can help you heal from the negative effects of diet-culture, and cultivate a relationship with food, movement, and your body that allows you to thrive.
When you work with me, we will work through topics such as recognizing and honoring your body's hunger and fullness cues, unlearning food rules, making peace with food, developing a shame free relationship with movement, exploring emotional eating, addressing body image, and implementing nutrition by addition rather than restriction.
